It’s all started when DJ Jedie saw a DMC video that was in the record shop while studied Computer Animation in Seattle, USA 1999.
After 2 months he brought a pair of Technics 1200MKII turntables and a Vestax 07 Pro mixer. He’ve studied the art of skratching from the internet and VDO.
After graduated he came back to BKK. and met DJ Spydamonkee, and DJ Ma. After that they form a Skratch DJ Crew called “THA BEATLOUNGE.”

By the year 2005, he was placed 1st Runner Up at the Vestax Extravaganza Thailand 2005. The following year, he went on to win the title of Thailand Pioneer PRO DJ Digital Skratch Battle 2006.
By the year 2008 his greatest battle success being the 2008 PIONEER PRO DJ SKRATCH BATTLE ASIA PACIFIC CHAMPION. And in 2010 He was crowed DMC THAILAND CHAMPION.

A influential force in his gifted craft, his uniquely versatile and all rounded performance style had seen him playing opening acts for international artists such as DJ Shortkut, DJ D-Styles, Scratch Perverts, Grandmaster Flash, DJ Nu-Mark, DJ Shadow, DJ IE.Merg, DJ Yoda, Fab 5 Freddy.

It was Major Taylor’s love of independent music culture: punk ,hip hop, reggae & electronic music, which nurtured his interest in turntablism. Under the tutelage & influence of Philly legends such as Mr.10 Fingers Jazzy Jeff, Cosmo Baker & Dj Cash Money, Major Taylor established himself as a unique, creative talent in the Philly DJ community.
